Petroselinum crispum (biennial, high water need)

Soil: Keep the soil moist.

Tip for the Nomad: Plant parsley on opposite side to a low water need plant like oregano and only water the parsley. The low water need plant will take what is left over from mint.

Sun: Parsley will thrive in full sun or partial shade

Harvest:  Cut the leafy stems from the base of the plant. Doing this will allow the plant to grow back bushier than ever! Cut stems when needed.

We love scrambled eggs with fresh parsley sprinkled over the top. It also goes well with meat and pasta dishes. Add it to soups and rice dishes. Its also great with cheese.
